With four decades of experience in the industry, Dana has opened, owned, and operated successful restaurants in cities including New York, San Francisco, Providence, Cincinnati, and Nashville. Fueled by her love of hospitality and a passion for helping others succeed, she created butter + grace to share her knowledge, experience, and insights with both new and established businesses.
